Born in Santiago, Chile, Graduated in Commercial Engineering and Advertising with a specialization in Marketing, with extensive corporate experience working in the main Telecommunications and Technology companies such as Samsung, Nokia, Cisco Systems, etc. Licensed in Real Estate, Property Manager and Notary of the State of Florida.
Sheila is the founder of Mandala House Inc, a Real Estate and Property Management Consultant in Miami, with more than 12 years of experience in the state of Florida. Independent consultant for people and companies whose objectives are to make investments in the Real Estate Market in the USA, specializing in the southern part of the United States.
Enmanuelle García
Real Estate Assistant
Enmanuelle began her career in Law in Venezuela, specializing in the area of Criminalistics, and with a master’s degree in Commercial Law from the Andres Bello Catholic University in Caracas. Enmanuelle worked as a lawyer in commercial law and in her spare time worked as an assistant in a Real Estate firm. Now she is part of the Mandala Team as a part-time assistant.

Fernando is a Financial Consultant with a distinctive combination of entrepreneur with corporate experience with more than 16 years in the field of Real Estate and the Mortgage Industry and over 17 years of Multinational Corporate Banking experience working for Institutions of Fortune Global 500 including Europe's largest bank, Santander Central Hispano.
Academically, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and International Trade from the University of Eastern Michigan and advanced studies in Financial Management, (IESA)
Platon Alexandrakis

Platon received both his JD and MBA in 2007 from the University of Miami School of Law and Miami Herbert Business School, respectively. While obtaining his degrees, he clerked for the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office and a local Miami boutique litigation firm. Subsequently, he interned and worked as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 corporation. In addition to his work representing businesses in the United States, Platon has represented many international businesses. He has had experience practicing law in Canada and is currently affiliated with law firms in Panama, the Cayman Islands, and the British Virgin Islands.
A member in good standing of the Florida Bar, Platon is licensed to practice law in Florida and is able to appear in federal court. He is also an Instructor of Business Law at the Miami Herbert Business School, teaching both undergraduate and graduate students.
